What’s great and what’s not
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Rooms were spotlessly clean and recently renovated.
Noise levels can be disruptive at night! Breakfast options were lacking in variety.

i was really looking forward to my stay, but the staff were unhelpful and couldn’t even provide basic directions. the breakfast was so basic it felt like an afterthought. i just can’t understand why no one offered me an upgrade for my troubles. i almost gave a good review, but the sheer lack of regard ruined that.

A Cozy Stay with Friendly Vibes
Had a delightful one-night stay in a charming room. The staff’s hospitality stood out, especially enjoying Turkish tea on the terrace. Perfectly located near restaurants and just a short walk to the tram. Remember to ask the team for PCR testing arrangements—hassle-free!

The hotel's charming decoration, with its cozy terrace and inviting ambiance, felt like a lovely embrace after a day of sightseeing. It's wonderfully accessible, making it easy to navigate without any fuss for my fellow seniors.
Improved sound insulation for quieter rooms is needed.

The rooftop terrace is a decent hangout spot, though the seating could use an upgrade. it’s nice to unwind a bit while checking out the street life below. I appreciated the charm of the cozy patio outside, perfect for sipping tea after a long day of running around town.
Wi-Fi was a pain on the third floor, constantly dropping out which took some of the fun out of scrolling through the full day's adventure. The bathroom left much to be desired in terms of space—tiny isn’t the word, and a broken trash bin was just rubbing salt in the wound. The noise—oh man, let’s talk about that! Sea-facing rooms pick up way too much from the restaurants and bars below, especially in the late hours. If you’re after a good night’s sleep, you’re gonna need earplugs. the sounds can go on until the early hours. And don’t get me started on the ants in the room—I expect a little more attention to cleanliness when I’m thinking I’ve paid for a nice place.

The rooftop terrace offers a cozy spot to unwind amidst the city buzz, perfect for people-watching. Being within walking distance of Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, and Aya Sofya makes it easy to explore major sites without hassle, while local dining options just steps away keep the culinary adventures alive.
Noise levels can be a bit of a nuisance, especially if you are in a front-facing room near the street with nearby bars making a racket, although typically it dies down before midnight. Some rooms have underwhelming sound insulation. wall noise from neighbors may disrupt your rest. the breakfast could use more variety and freshness, as the options felt limited and uninspiring.
